We specialized in family vacation portraits. Our unique system for shooting your session, viewing, ordering and shipping are efficient so that you can enjoy your time on the beach (or site seeing in Paris) and not in a studio.

We are not just your “standard” sized portrait studio. All images are custom printed, cropped and retouched. We do not use online services or labs that are sub-par.

We offer phone consultations for our clients for clothing suggestions and arranging sessions times and locations. This is a portrait about you not the clothes. Amateur studios suggest that any clothing is ok. Clothing choices are an important part of beautiful wall portraits. We only suggest white or white and khaki for beach sessions. Gardens and park sessions should be in solid greens or dark colors. For black and white images we suggest a deep burgundy. Other clothing may look very flattering on you but we want to see “you” your face and your beautiful eyes... not the clothes.

We are the ONLY studio with a private Gulf front lot in Destin, Florida for beach sessions. We also have real sand castles for candid images with the children.

We are the only masters of Rembrandt light on the Gulf coast. It takes a skilled professional photographer to use this technique. And very few can see and control light to do Rembrandt correctly. See examples below of flat, split, and Rembrandt lighting. The most flattering light/shadow is the Rembrandt. Look for the triangle on the cheek.
